APPRAISAL BID REQUEST SHEET
We know it is more work to provide a bid request in writing, and therefore if you need to, you may just provide your contact information, property address, or assessor's account numbers, a brief description of the property and tell us what kind of appraisal you need and when you need it. We will call you with other questions as needed. You may use the brief form on the "Contact Us" page, if you wish.
However, it would be helpful to us if you used the following outline. It looks long at first, but not all the questions will apply to each appraisal. Also, you undoubtedly will not have all the information readily available at this time. Our goal is to foster precise communication to provide you with the quality services and minimize misunderstandings and unmet expectations.
Please complete all apllicable information.
Please Mark "Y" for yes and "N" for no.
(Lack of answer also indicates a "no" response)
If a question does not apply to the subject property or if you
don’t know the answer or don't have the information yet,
just leave the space blank.
***All of these questions will not apply to every appraisal.***
